Group Rates

        Group rates are available for institutions registering 3 or more participants. 

        The discount must be applied at the time of registration.  

        Group Discount does not apply to early registration rates.   

        Receive a 10% discount for teams using promo code GROUP10 (promo code is case sensitive)

        Group registrations are capped at 15 individuals from the same institution due to space limitations.

Registration Policies

Cancellation Policy


Through April 10, we are able to offer a full refund of all registration fees paid, minus a $75 cancellation fee. Due to obligated costs on the part of the conference, we are unable to refund registration fees after April 10th; however, another individual may be substituted, or the funds may be applied toward any Lilly Conference hosted by ITLC in the 12 months following cancellation. 

Guest Meals Policy


Meals and break foods are exclusively offered to registered conference participants. Subject to availability, a pass may be purchased at the rate established by the venue: $35 for breakfast, $55 for lunch, and $55 for poster reception; guest passes are not available for breaks. Please contact us directly for guest passes.


Privacy Policy


Please note that when you register for the conference, your name and email will be added to the conference mailing list.  This will allow you to receive emails about the event. If you do not wish to receive reminders about the upcoming conference, you may opt-out.

An important aspect of the conference is that all participants have the opportunity to participate with as few challenges as possible.
