  • Early Bird: $530 through October 20, 2024

  • Regular: $585, October 21, 2024 through April 20, 2024

  • Late: $700, April 21, 2024 through May 18, 2024

Registration Policies

 
Cancellation Policy

 

Through April 10, we are able to offer a full refund of all registration fees paid, minus a $85 cancellation fee. Due to obligated costs on the part of the conference, we are unable to refund registration fees after April 20th; however, another individual may be substituted. 

Guest Meals Policy

Meals and break foods are exclusively offered to registered conference participants. Subject to availability, a pass may be purchased at the rate established by the venue: $35 for breakfast, $55 for lunch, and $55 for poster reception; guest passes are not available for breaks. Please contact us directly for availability and purchase of guest passes.

Please note that when you

register for the conference,

your name and email will

be added to the conference

mailing list. This will allow

you to receive emails about

the event. If you do not

wish to receive reminders

about the upcoming

conference, you may

opt-out.

An important aspect of the conference is that all participants have the opportunity to participate with as few challenges as possible. If you are in need of accommodations that meet the regulations of the Americans with Disabilities Act, please contact Todd Zakrajsek directly (todd@lillyconferences.com). NOTE: Requests for accommodation must be submitted in writing before registering for the conference and at least 3 months prior to the start date of the conference. Additionally, a confirmation email must be received from the conference director acknowledging receipt in order to ensure the emailed request was received.
