Graduate Student Grants
A limited number of internal grants are available from the International Teaching Learning Cooperative, LLC to support graduate student registration fees. Applications for consideration of financial support may be found here and will be accepted through November 29, 2020.
POLICIES
Cancellation Policy
Through December 6, 2022, we are able to offer a full refund of all registration fees paid, minus a $75 cancellation fee. Due to obligated costs on the part of the conference, we are unable to refund registration fees after December 7th; however, another individual may be substituted, or the funds may be applied toward any Lilly Conference hosted by ITLC in the 12 months following cancellation. Note: this policy does not apply to Lilly-Ohio, hosted by Miami University.
Guest Meals Policy
Meals and break foods are exclusively offered to registered conference participants. Subject to availability, a pass may be purchased at the rate established by the venue: $35 for breakfast, $55 for lunch, and $55 for poster reception; guest passes are not available for breaks. Please contact us directly for guest passes.
Privacy Policy
Please note that when you register for the conference, your name and email will be added to the conference mailing list. This will allow you to receive emails about the event. If you do not wish to receive reminders about the upcoming conference, you may opt-out. You will be asked for a work address where we will send you a one-time note following the event. Your registration information will be archived for fiscal reasons. Attendees will be asked to voluntarily complete an evaluation of the event upon it's completion. This information is used by ITLC to improve future events and to better meet faculty development needs. We value our participant's privacy and will not sell or trade contact information with other businesses/entities.
